We had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for a week and it was nothing short of amazing. The location is perfect — central, convenient and surrounded by everything you could possibly need. The hotel itself is spotless and well-maintained, with a lovely atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The staff were consistently excellent throughout our stay, but we want to give a very special mention to Kumi. She truly made our experience unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, KUMI welcomed us with genuine warmth and professionalism. Her communication skills are outstanding and her leadership shines through in everything she does. She went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well looked after — always available, always kind and always attentive. Breakfast was a daily highlight: fresh and delicious every morning. We can't recommend this hotel enough. If you're looking for a place with top-notch service, a great location and someone like Kumi who elevates the experience entirely, this is the place to stay. We will definitely be returning!

The room was spotless, modern and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was especially cozy, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The location is perfect, close to the city center, making it easy to explore Tirana. Breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of fresh options. Overall, an excellent experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tirana!

Hotel Comfort is located in walking distance to every attraction in Tirana. The room is clean, the breakfast is decent and the bed is comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly, especially Bora who helped me a lot during my stay.

The hotel in located in 100 meters from the main city center road. That’s great! We could reach all the sightseeings in 5-15 minutes maximum. Plus here is the parking and all restaurants on the same street. Also we liked the design and comfort in the room. They clean rooms every day, it was always clean.

This is an amazing hotel because of the many reasons: location near the city center, very hospital receptionists, good breakfast included, parking is in 30 meters. Every day cleaning. We are very glad! We will stay here again for sure. Than you so much.

We liked the hotel very much! In this location there are a lot of restaurants and supermarket and backers is in opposite from the hotel in 10 meters. The staff is very hospital. All the questions were resolved very quickly. I recommend the hotel.

Though the hotel was old, nothing to complain. The hotel didn’t have parking, but the staff Kumi assisted with a near by parking center and cracked a deal.
