We had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for a week and it was nothing short of amazing. The location is perfect — central, convenient and surrounded by everything you could possibly need. The hotel itself is spotless and well-maintained, with a lovely atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The staff were consistently excellent throughout our stay, but we want to give a very special mention to Kumi. She truly made our experience unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, KUMI welcomed us with genuine warmth and professionalism. Her communication skills are outstanding and her leadership shines through in everything she does. She went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well looked after — always available, always kind and always attentive. Breakfast was a daily highlight: fresh and delicious every morning. We can't recommend this hotel enough. If you're looking for a place with top-notch service, a great location and someone like Kumi who elevates the experience entirely, this is the place to stay. We will definitely be returning!

The location is perfect, close to the city center, making it easy to explore Tirana. Breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of fresh options. The hotel in located in 100 meters from the main city center road. That’s great! We could reach all the sightseeings in 5-15 minutes maximum. Plus here is the parking and all restaurants on the same street. Also we liked the design and comfort in the room. They clean rooms every day, it was always clean.
